When will I receive a tracking number?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed, once shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number to the email you entered for your order.

Will I need to pay duties and/or taxes?

For international orders outside of the US, Canada, or UK, import duties and taxes may apply, you will be responsible for paying any applicable duties or tax charges.

What if my package is missing or stolen?

If you’ve already checked your tracking, please first try to contact the courier that shipped your order was shipped with along with your tracking number, and they will help you investigate and locate your package. If they’re unable to assist, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

What if my package is damaged?

If you received a damaged or defective product, please email us at prefood@163.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and attach a photo of the product.
